About us
Although we specialize in the valuation of multifamily assets, including market rate, affordable, and student housing, we have also appraised
numerous office, retail, industrial, and special use properties. We are especially proud of our ability to tackle extremely complex assignments,
including mixed-use properties and large-scale redevelopment projects.
