When are you leaving town and when do  you return?  I need to know for how  long I’ll be forced to go to someone  other than to the cream of the  appraisal crop. 
We find they consistently produce a  high quality report with current market  data, good comparable information,  and well-supported conclusions. They  are very cognizant of Fannie Mae’s  requirements and our specific  preferences and requirements for the  reports. They have always been very  cooperative if we needed any revisions  or changes to their reports; however,  they have a lot of integrity and will not  change their assumptions or conclusions at our request unless they really  believe that the requested changes are  reasonable and supportable. They are  very good about letting us know if any  issues arise that would result in a delay  in delivery of a report and the firm  does a good job of meeting deadlines.
